TERMS OF SERVICE
- - All items available in our store are strictly in-game/virtual items and none may be refundable. All products with subscriptions are subject to changed, removed or replaced with no refund policy.
- - All purchases are non-refundable.
- - Store items lost in-game during PvP or other natural events in-game will not be replaced or refunded. However, items that are proven to be lost in glitches, crashes, non-intended incidents due to our server settings, or other unpreventable situations may be replaced at Owners discretion.
- - If you're banned from MESA clusters for any reason you will not receive a refund or any compensation for your purchases.
- - Do not purchase the same rank before the last one has expired. Rank Kits only reset once per wipe, you will not receive these kits a second time during the same wipe for any reason.
- - We do not offer rank upgrades as each ranks has specific rank kits, you're encourage to purchase different tier of ranks to be able to stack rank rewards.
- - You must create an Tip4Serv account to receive Loyalty Points. Loyalty Points are not transferrable, please make sure to use the same account for all your purchases.
- - Loyalty Points expired after 7 Days. If you do not use them or make another purchase during this period of time, they will not be refunded.
- - Any purchase done using Gift Cards, Store Credits or manual payment through a ticket via Owner are not eligible to receive any Loyalty Points.
- - Failure to connect your Discord account during the purchase process will result in the inability to grant you the Discord privileges associated with your purchase and we do not add them manually.
- - Personal information is taken seriously and is not to be shared, will be kept private, protected and only used to fulfill your orders. Using Tip4serv.com most of your information won’t even be within our access.
